I started coaching in 2013 because the gyms I'd worked at couldn't answer simple questions. Why this rep range? Why this rest? Why now?

Every Driven program starts with a 90-minute assessment — strength, mobility, history, schedule. From that, I write twelve weeks of programming, by hand. We run it together, three sessions a week. We adjust weekly based on what your body actually does.

I take six clients at a time. References on request.

How a block runs

Five steps. Twelve weeks.

  1. 01

    Assessment

    90 minutes. Movement screen, lift baseline, history, schedule, goals. Drinks are on me.

  2. 02

    Programming

    I write your twelve weeks by hand. You see the full block before we start session one.

  3. 03

    Sessions

    Three 60-min sessions a week, on the floor with me. We adjust load, tempo, rest in real time.

  4. 04

    Check-ins

    Weekly Sunday review — what moved, what didn't, what we change for next week.

  5. 05

    Reassessment

    End of block. Re-measure. New numbers, new goals, next twelve weeks.
